The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, optional sector and message.

The onboarding form collects your full name, role or designation, email, phone, preferred contact channel, business or brand name, country, city or location, business type and stage, website URL, social or maps link, platforms of interest, platforms you already use, documentation-readiness selections, notes and growth-playbook preference. Documentation selections indicate readiness; these forms do not upload documents.

The homepage enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, business type and optional project details for a prefilled WhatsApp message. Contact and onboarding submissions are stored with their enquiry type and source page, an identifier, creation and update times and an enquiry status.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand your business and platform needs, prepare onboarding requirements and deliver onboarding services, including the growth playbook you request.

The homepage form opens WhatsApp with your details in a prefilled message addressed to +91 98945 98104. Opening the message does not automatically send it; you decide whether to send it in WhatsApp. The homepage form does not submit those details to our website's enquiry storage.

Other WhatsApp links open a conversation without adding form details. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy practices when you use its service.

We use Lovable Cloud to host website services and store contact and onboarding enquiries. Hosting and data-storage providers process information needed to run these services on our behalf.

Some images and icons are delivered by external asset services, including Google Cloud Storage and Simple Icons. Loading these resources sends a request to the relevant provider, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. External portfolio and LinkedIn links take you to those services when selected.

We use the analytics built into our website hosting to see how the site is used, such as visitor counts, pages viewed, referring sites, device type and country. We do not use advertising pixels on this website. Hosting services may also process technical request information to operate the site.

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be processed by service providers as described above, or shared with a relevant platform as needed to deliver the onboarding service you request.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the enquiry or service, or as the law requires.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@zappota.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and legal requirements may affect what we can delete.
