We provide digital-platform onboarding support, including documentation readiness, submissions, platform communication and go-live coordination. The agreed scope determines the services we deliver.

Third-party platforms make their own approval decisions. We cannot guarantee approval, ranking, visibility, orders, bookings or sales. Onboarding usually takes 5–10 working days; document readiness and platform approval times can affect delivery.

Fees are those shown on our pricing page or quoted for your agreed scope. Confirm your selected platforms and any separately quoted work before we begin.

For onboarding: Go live first, pay after. No approval, no charge. Payment is due after your listing goes live, according to the agreed onboarding scope and quote.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful business information and documents, having permission to use submitted content and responding to requests needed for onboarding. Missing or inaccurate documents may delay the process.

Your use of delivery, travel, marketplace and quick commerce platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, fees and eligibility requirements. Zappota does not control their processing times, decisions, changes or service availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by third-party platform decisions, delays or outages, or inaccurate information supplied by a client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
